MiloPath (“MiloPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an MVP and early product for a student roadmap app designed to help high school students stay organized, track progress, and prepare for college. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through the MiloPath website and, as the product grows, future MiloPath app features.

Information We Collect

When you join the MiloPath waitlist, we may collect:

• Email address
• Role, such as student, parent, counselor, or other
• Grade level, if you identify as a student
• Optional goals or interests you choose to share

We do not currently ask for transcripts, GPA, test scores, school records, disciplinary information, home address, or other sensitive student information through the waitlist website. Please do not submit sensitive information through the waitlist form.

In the future, MiloPath may offer student roadmap features that help users plan and track assignments, grades, activities, deadlines, reminders, college readiness, and personalized recommendations. If future app features collect student academic data or other new categories of information, we may update this Privacy Policy before or when those features launch.

Age Notice

MiloPath is intended for students ages 13 and older, parents, guardians, and counselors. If you are under 13, please do not submit your information through this website. A parent or guardian may contact us instead.

How We Use Information

We use waitlist information to:

• Manage the waitlist and send launch updates
• Respond to questions and support requests
• Understand who is interested in MiloPath
• Improve the website and future product experience
• Support future student roadmap features
• Support future AI-powered features, if users choose to use them
• Protect MiloPath from spam, abuse, security issues, and reliability problems

Future roadmap features may use information users choose to enter to help with planning, college readiness, assignments, grades, activities, deadlines, reminders, and personalized recommendations. Future AI-powered features may use user-provided information only if users choose to use those features.

We may also use information for legal, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, service reliability, and similar operational purposes.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and waitlist, such as hosting, database, analytics, or email tools. These providers are only used to support MiloPath’s operations.

Data Storage and Security

Waitlist information may be stored using third-party service providers such as Supabase and Vercel. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect, but no website or online service can guarantee complete security.

Email Communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive emails about MiloPath, including launch updates and early access information. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time.
